Volunteer with Eastmark Bands
It takes more than great musicians to build a great band program—it takes an amazing community. Volunteers are an essential part of Eastmark Bands, helping create memorable experiences for our students both on and off the field. Whether you can help for a single event or throughout the year, your time and talents make a meaningful difference.
There are opportunities for everyone, no musical experience required! Help serve meals before performances, support students at football games and concerts, chaperone trips, drive the truck and trailer, assist with competition logistics, or lend a hand at special events like WGAZ. Every volunteer helps our program run smoothly and allows our directors to focus on what matters most—our students.

Ways to Volunteer
- Meals Before Games & Events
Help fuel our musicians before performances with snacks, dinners, or refreshments. - Football Games
Assist with concessions, uniforms, equipment, or behind-the-scenes support on game nights. - Concerts
Welcome guests, help with setup and teardown, sell concessions, or assist backstage. - Chaperones
Travel with students to performances, festivals, and competitions while helping ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. - Truck & Trailer Drivers
Help transport instruments, props, and equipment to events and competitions. - Competition & Event Support
Pitch in with setup, logistics, equipment, hospitality, or wherever extra hands are needed. - WGAZ Event
Volunteer at one of our biggest events of the year and help us host an outstanding competition for visiting schools.
